Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the six6s6 platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with any supplemental policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and applicable Bonus Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the six6s6 platform and, if registered, request closure of your account through our support channels. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to real-money gaming features on six6s6 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. six6s6 strictly enforces minimum age requirements and maintains a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment, and are not acting on behalf of a third party for gambling purposes.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close relative of any employee of six6s6 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You have not been previously self-excluded from six6s6 or placed under a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order during an active exclusion period.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly unlawful under applicable local legislation.

six6s6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the request may result in temporary suspension of account access and withdrawal facilities until verification is complete.

Account Registration & Management

To access real-money gaming features on six6s6, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and ongoing management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on six6s6. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current address, mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. six6s6 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Account Sharing: Your Account is personal to you. Sharing login credentials with any other person, or allowing any other individual to use your Account to place bets or access funds, is strictly prohibited.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify six6s6 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected security breach.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on six6s6 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. six6s6 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast (SBP Instant Payment System), HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK transfers. Supported methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. six6s6 reserves the right to adjust these minimums at any time with reasonable prior notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval; bank transfers are processed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during identity verification periods or in cases where additional documentation is required.

5.4 Source of Funds. By depositing funds to six6s6, you confirm that the funds belong to you, are not proceeds of illegal activity, and are not being used to circumvent applicable financial regulations. six6s6 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence and request source-of-funds documentation for any account or transaction.

5.5 Same Payment Method Policy. Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. six6s6 reserves the right to apply anti-money-laundering controls that require withdrawals to follow the deposit method.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

six6s6 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the stated criteria for each promotion, which may include minimum deposit amounts, specified game categories, and time-limited activation windows.
• Each promotion is subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your Account. Real money funds are used and paid out first; Bonus Funds are used thereafter unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Winnings generated from free spins are typically subject to a wagering requirement as specified in the relevant offer. The maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be capped, as stated in the promotion terms.
• six6s6 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time if it suspects abuse, technical errors, or other circumstances that compromise the integrity of the offer. Where a promotional offer has been claimed through fraudulent means, six6s6 may void associated winnings and close the relevant Account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the six6s6 platform — including but not limited to live casino games via MG Live and other providers, slot games, table games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the following rules:

7.1 Random Number Generators. All software-based casino games on six6s6 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified by accredited gaming laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely random and are not influenced by previous results, player status, bet size, or any other external factor.

7.2 Live Games. Live casino games are dealt by trained dealers in real-time through secure video streams. The rules of each live game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disruption to a live game session, the round in progress will be voided if it cannot be conclusively determined, and stakes returned to the Players involved.

7.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets on six6s6 — covering PSL cricket, international Test and T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, and other events — are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules displayed within the Sportsbook section. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are binding.

7.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game or bet integrity, six6s6 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet. All voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Account. six6s6 shall not be liable for any indirect losses resulting from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6s6 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one Account, or accessing the platform under a false identity or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of fraudulent or dishonest gaming activity.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sportsbook market.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs, or calculation errors in games or odds to generate guaranteed profits. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void and will be withheld.
• Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws or for the purpose of processing funds connected to illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing six6s6 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets in a pattern designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hunting"), or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.

Responsible Gaming

six6s6 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on both the platform and its players:

9.1 Self-Assessment. Players are encouraged to regularly assess their gambling behaviour. six6s6 provides self-assessment tools in the Responsible Gaming section of the Account dashboard to help identify potential problem gambling patterns.

9.2 Limit-Setting Tools. Players may at any time apply the following limits to their six6s6 Account: (a) Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly maximums on deposits; (b) Loss Limits — capped amounts on net losses within a defined period; (c) Session Time Limits — automatic reminders and logouts after a specified duration of continuous play.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Any Player may request self-exclusion from six6s6 for a minimum period of 7 days and up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, six6s6 will use all reasonable measures to prevent the excluded Player from accessing their Account, receiving marketing communications, or creating a new Account.

9.4 Reality Checks. six6s6 provides configurable session reality checks that alert players to elapsed gaming time and current session profit/loss status at intervals chosen by the player.

9.5 Minimum Age Enforcement. As stated in Section 3, the minimum age for all real-money gaming on six6s6 is 21 years. This is non-negotiable and enforced through documentary verification.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game assets, and other materials displayed or made available through the six6s6 platform are the property of six6s6 or its licensed third-party providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the six6s6 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform; (c) use the six6s6 name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6s6 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, game results, or promotional details, where such information is subject to change without notice.
• Interruption, delay, or unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, force majeure events, network failures, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

six6s6's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any bonus funds.

Account Closure & Termination

12.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request permanent closure of your six6s6 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds under review) will be refunded to your designated withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12.2 Platform-Initiated Closure. six6s6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to void and withhold associated balances, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms or any supplemental policy; (b) provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information; (c) suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity; (d) receipt of a directive from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, your licence to use the six6s6 platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

Amendments to These Terms

six6s6 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, six6s6 will notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Where changes are required to comply with immediate legal or regulatory obligations, they may take effect immediately.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the six6s6 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Dispute Submission. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, bonus, or any other aspect of the six6s6 platform, Players must first contact the six6s6 Customer Support team and allow a minimum of 14 days for internal resolution before escalating the matter. All disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint.

14.2 Internal Review. Upon receipt of a formal dispute, six6s6 will acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. The decision of six6s6's compliance team following internal review is final, subject to any rights of escalation to the relevant licensing authority.

14.3 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which six6s6 holds its operating licence. Players acknowledge that by using the platform, they consent to this governing law framework.
